I was skeptical to buy this product to do my refrigerator but it had great reviews so I figured why not if I ruin it I’ll spray it black! This product works great. I will say it takes patience do not expect it to be done in an hour. My photos show the original refrigerator then one coat of paint then 3 coats of paint. The dry time between coats is 1 hour which is time consuming but worth it. Use thin coats and basically it builds and builds for a nice finish. I plan on doing 2 more coats of paint and a coat of clear. I will update review when I’m done. Happy painting

Awesome product. Saved me from having to buy a new, matching refrigerator. Advice: thin, thin coats. The second coat will cover, I promise. The back brushing after rolling on the paint is crucial. Make sure you get every inch, and unlike me, don’t be tempted to go back with your brush and touch any thin spots. It will show up and look horrible because they weren’t smoothed out with the back brushing.

I’m beyond thrilled with how this turned out! I am an avid DIYer and will admit that I wasn’t feeling too optimistic about this kit when I started applying the first coat. Once I got my technique down and applied the rest of the coats it was like magic! Does the finish look identical to stainless? … no but it’s pretty darn close! Loving my new fridge! I definitely recommend THOROUGHLY reading directions before and watching the instructional videos.

Absoluely LOVE the Giani liquid stainless steel paint! I had a black textured fridge, so i was nervous how it would look, but it turned out great! Very easy to use. I removed the door handles (and primed them, as recommended, before painting), removed the bottom grill and snapped off the water/ice dispenser (I did not paint them based on other SS fridges I looked at online). Cleaned the fridge and started rolling on the paint, then used the 11 inch foam tool to make it pretty! I did 5 coats (but really could have stopped at 3). Then did 3 coats of the top coat. I really did not notice a difference between 1 and 3 coats of the top coat. I did all sides and the top of the fridge and still have enough left over for my double oven.
    Everyone has been impressed!

We had 1950s era painted steel kitchen cabinets that needed refreshing. We had accumulated some stainless steel appliances and I wondered if we could find a paint that looked somewhat like stainless. This product exceeded our expectations! Friends want to know where we purchased stainless cabinets. They all remark how beautiful the cabinets are. One neighbor (who is in the process of selling his house) said that we had raised the market value of our house by $20,000. I don’t know about that but I do know that my bride is VERY happy! (Happy wife, happy life.)
To get amazing results, you MUST follow all instructions to the letter. Watch the video several times to understand each step. Sand the cabinet surface with very fine paper. Use a good primer. Sand again. Surface imperfections will show. Practice on the inside of the cabinet doors to master the technique. Then transform your kitchen!
This kit is for large appliances but we bought it because it came with the necessary rollers and micro-sponge which creates the brushed look of stainless steel. (The micro lines are not as fine as what one sees on real stainless but no one cares. The lines add realism and the result not look like “stainless” spray paint.). Four kits covered 18 cabinet doors (both sides) and 6 large drawers (outside only) with half a quart left over for touch ups.
